This House was construction in 1887,may be.
The father of Mr. Masami Yamazaki who has lived.
After a father dead, the house was left to Mr. Masami Yamazaki.
Mr. Masami Yamazaki thought a few years trying to keep this house, and would leave as it becomes after that.
However, house kept closed that house will be damaged soon, house is pitiful.
Mr. Masami noticed many people using a nearby mountain trail.
This mountain trail was what his father Mr. Masao Yamazaki established, and is called a Masao new mountain trail.
House will pleased, then get these people to use house freely.
Mr. Masami thought and opened wide as "everybody's house."

"Everybody's house" was used as a place of a mountaineer's picnic shelter place and regional meeting place.
"Everybody's house" caught the eye of director Hosoda, who was found a location of "Ookami Kodomo No Ame To Yuki" one day.

Director Hosoda was examined by percussion, when he wanted to use as a stage of a movie within the day, saying, "It appeared in the image exactly, and I fell in love with it at first sight, and have no choice but to ask."
Then, photography by the staff is performed, and a movie is completed and has continued up to now.
